I hereby declare that, pursuant to Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on personal data protection and on amendments to certain acts, I consent to the processing of personal data in the form of photo and audio-visual documentation of the event.
The purpose of personal data processing is to document activities of the Union of Blind and Visually Impaired of Slovakia and to use the materials on the UNSS website, UNSS Facebook page, and in educational and informational materials published by UNSS, or by partner and cooperating third parties.
This consent is valid for the period of archiving documentation of the event and for the period of archiving materials in which the photographic documentation is used.
I also acknowledge that processed data will be archived and disposed of in accordance with valid regulations of the Slovak Republic and applicable EU regulations.
I further declare that I have been informed of the rights of the data subject set out in Chapter Two of Act No. 18/2018 Coll., especially the right to withdraw consent to personal data processing at any time.
